Your profile is how organizers, commentators and other riders recognise you — on start lists, in heats, on the boards. Set it up once and it follows you to every race.
Sign up, then the basics
Sign in with Google, Apple or an email and password. Before your first entry R4WRUN asks once for your name, country and stance — a completed profile is what lets you register for any event.
Photo and banner
On Profile, press Edit → Profile photo or Banner. Both are cropped right there.
Profile details
Name, country, birth date, Preferred Discipline, stance, Instagram and language. Your flag shows next to your name everywhere.
Your link
Your username is your profile's address. Share it from the share button on your profile.
Your rating plate
Once you've raced, your R4W rating appears on your profile. Chapter 4 explains how it's built.
Design your racing suit
Edit → Racing suit opens the Suit Studio. Colour the helmet, chest, both arms, both legs and the visor, look at it from the Front, the Back or in the Tuck, and pick a men's or women's cut.
Match switches
Match front and back and Match left and right save you painting the same colour twice.
Where it shows
On your profile and rider card, at the top of your runs, and next to your name in qualifying and heats when the Suits switch above the heats is on — that's how officials pick you out at the finish.
The chest logo
Every suit carries the R4WRUN logo on the chest. Premium riders can switch it off.
Sponsors
In Profile details, add up to 6 sponsor logos, each with a link to the brand's website. They show on your rider card and your profile.
Preferred bib number
Also in Profile details: pick a number from 0 to 99. When an organizer lets riders choose, R4WRUN tries to give you that one.
Notifications: what reaches you, and how
In Profile details → Notifications, every kind of update has its own Email and Push switch, plus an All notifications master switch. Press Turn on once on each device you want push on.
Worth leaving on
Live times (your own time, seconds after you cross the line), Race results, My registrations and Race picks.

Premium
Racing on R4WRUN is free, and stays free. Premium adds the deeper stats. Profile → Premium shows the plans; every locked view links there too. Once you subscribe, the same row reads Manage subscription.
Monthly or Yearly
On the web it's €2.49 a month or €24.99 a year — Yearly is the Best value, Save 16%. In the iPhone app, the App Store shows its own price.
7 days free
Start 7-day free trial, once per account. Cancel during the trial and you aren't charged; Premium stays until the trial ends.
Cancel any time
On the Premium page, Cancel: keep access until the end of the period, or Cancel immediately — no refund for the current period. Reactivate undoes it. Bought in the iPhone app? Manage in App Store.

Every stat board in full, with category filters · the whole field in the qualifying distance gap (the top 3 are free) · Heat Insights in depth · head-to-head between any two riders · your Analysis page · Ask the coach on run comparisons · a suit without the chest logo · the R4W badge next to your name.
Organizing?
The people running an event — its creator, its organizers and the championship's managers — see every Premium view of that event without subscribing. It doesn't carry over to other events, the stat boards or the badge.
Install R4WRUN like an app
On Home, the Install R4WRUN banner puts it on your home screen: full screen, faster, one tap away. On iPhone, open R4WRUN in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
Light or dark
R4WRUN is dark by default. The Appearance card on your profile switches between Light, Dark and System — remembered per device, so your phone and laptop can differ.
