Every race on R4WRUN lives under Race. Find one, open its page, and the register sheet takes you through the rest in a minute.
Find a race
Race in the bottom bar lists every event. Search by name, switch between Upcoming, Past and All, pick a Season, and filter by type and country. Championships have their own row at the top.
Competition or Freeride
Competitions have timing, heats and results. Freerides are for riding the hill all weekend — no timing, no categories.
Live
Events running right now carry a Live badge, on the list and on Home.
Championships
A championship links several events. Open one for its races, its standings and the title picks.
The event page is a hub
Each card opens one part of the weekend. Info in the header holds the website, the rulebook, track details and the sponsors; the schedule shows each day in the venue's time, with countdowns and a weather forecast on race day.

Before you enter
Who's racing
The Riders card on the event page opens the start list: everyone entered so far, one group per category, biggest category first, each ranked by R4W rating. The strip on top counts the Riders and gives the field's Avg R4W.
Each row
Bib, photo, name and flag, stance, and the R4W medal. Riders without a rating sit at the bottom of their group with a dash. Entered in two categories? You're listed in both.
Find someone
With more than one discipline, chips on top switch between them. The search box finds a rider by name or bib; tap a row for the rider's card.
Manual
A yellow Manual chip is a rider the organizer entered by hand, who has no R4WRUN account yet. Is it you? See You're in the lineup below.
Register in one sheet
Press Register on the event page. Pick your discipline and one or more categories — the number beside each is how many riders are already in. Then the organizer's questions, if there are any, and the waiver.
What you pay
The sheet shows the entry fee before you commit. That's exactly what you pay — nothing is added at checkout.
Paying online
You pay the organizer through Stripe — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; R4WRUN never holds the money. Some events want it within a few minutes, others let you pay later, online or in cash at the desk. Closed the page halfway? Pay again from the event page; you can't be charged twice.
Paid to the organizer
When the fee says so, you settle it with the organizer directly, not through R4WRUN.
Mixed events
Events with both competition and freeride ask Register as: Competition or Freeride.
Your entry
Once you're in, the event page shows Your entry: your bib, discipline, categories, payment, and whether your waiver and details are complete. The QR button next to Manage entry opens your check-in code.
Payment due
Haven't paid yet? Pay your entry fee opens the secure page. Once it's done you're marked Paid on the start list, with your receipt a tap away.
Change or cancel
Manage entry lets you switch discipline, add or drop categories — you check the change before it saves — or Cancel registration: drop one category, or leave the event.
- While registrations are open, you change or cancel it yourself.
- Once you've raced, once the heats in your discipline are set, on invitation-only events or after registrations close, the organizer does it — Message the organizer is right there.
- Paid online? Cancelling goes through the organizer, who handles refunds: Ask to cancel & refund. A refund is emailed to you and shows on your card within 5–10 days.
Entered by the organizer
You're in the lineup
Sometimes the organizer enters you before you have an account — from their own list, or at the desk. You race exactly like everyone else, with a Manual chip by your name. If they had your email, you'll get “You've been added to …”, with a View event button. There's no claim button in the app: the organizer hands the entry over to your account.
- Sign up and finish your profile Name, country and stance. An entry can only be handed to a completed profile.
- Tell the organizer Tap your manual name on Riders: the card says to ask the organizer. Message the organizer on the event page is the quickest way.
- Your entry appears They press Substitute and pick your account. You get “You've been entered into …”, and Your entry with your bib and QR shows on the event page. If it says Waivers not yet accepted, accept them before check-in.
What comes with it
Your entry, practice and qualifying times, heats, results and the picks others made on you. From then on they count on your profile, in your stats and in your R4W rating.
Don't register again
If your own account is already entered in that event, the organizer can't hand the manual entry over. Ask first; the manual one is already yours.
Older races
Raced earlier events under a manual name? Each organizer can link their own event, and R4WRUN can move several at once — you get an email, “Your race results are now on your profile”.
Event chat
Registered riders and the organizers share a private chat for each event: who's driving up, where the shuttle leaves, what changed. It sits in your Messages inbox too.
Message the organizer
A question about your entry? Message the organizer on the event page starts a direct conversation about that event.
